An 31-year-old man accused of intimidating a witness in a criminal case by sending him a voice message is due to face a trial in the Royal Court later this year.
Michael Robert Connor appeared in the Royal Court this morning, where he denied the single charge of intending to "obstruct, pervert or interfere with the course of justice" through intimidation.
A trial was subsequently set for 10 October with a plea and directions hearing due to take place in early July.
He has been released on bail.
The Deputy Bailiff, Robert Macrae, was presiding.
