A 57-year-old accused of sexual offences against two people while in a relationship of care is due to face the Royal Court.
Vincent Charles Roberts, who faces eight charges, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris deemed the case too serious to be heard in the Magistrate's Court, and referred it to the higher court.
Mr Roberts, who was represented by Duty Advocate Estelle Burns, was granted bail.
He will appear in the Royal Court on 28 October 2022.
