A man has admitted trying to bring cocaine into the island.
37-year-old Danny Jones appeared in the Royal Court on Friday where he admitted the single charge.
Represented by Advocate James Bell, Jones pleaded ‘guilty’ to importing the class A drug on 16 January this year at Jersey Airport.
Crown Advocate Richard Pedley appeared for the prosecution.

The case was heard by Jurats Olsen and Christensen and the Bailiff, Tim Le Cocq, was presiding.
Jones was remanded in custody until he’s sentenced on 28 July.
