Sunday 16 August 2020

A 38-year-old has admitted having unlawful sex with a teenage girl in People’s Park and indecently assaulting her in a separate incident in the early 2000s.

Justin James Samson will be sentenced before Royal Court on 16 October after he admitted the offences, which took place on separate occasions.

His guilty pleas were entered on a basis which the prosecution has accepted.

As a result of his guilty pleas, he was added to the Sex Offenders’ Register at the end of July.
