A 41-year-old man has been charged with breaching covid isolation rules, and obstructing police officers.
Jason Acott entered a plea of ‘not guilty’ to both in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, appearing before Magistrate Bridget Shaw.
The alleged offences were said to have taken place on Sunday 6 and Monday 7 December, with the alleged obstruction taking place at a property in St. Ouen.
Mr Acott has been remanded in custody and will appear for his pre-trial directions hearing on 2 February.
