A 40-year-old man will appear in court this morning after being charged with sexual offences on a “young” female.
The Police say that Derek David Allen has been charged with rape and indecent assault.
The Police allege that he committed the offence on 7 and 8 March 2018 in a St. Helier residence.
He will appear in the Magistrate’s Court this morning.
