Charges have been dropped against a 33-year-old man accused of indecently assaulting a woman in the public toilets at Snow Hill.
The Attorney General, Robert MacRae, told the Court that the prosecution could not offer any evidence against Nuno Miguel Vieira Goncalves.
Mr Goncalves was due to face a trial following the allegations.
The Attorney General however told the Deputy Bailiff, Tim le Cocq QC, who was sitting with Jurats Elizabeth Dulake and Robert Christensen, that, after reviewing the evidence in the case, "there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction."
Pictured: Mr Goncalves was due to face a trial at the Royal Court, but the charges against him were dropped.
As a result, the Deputy Bailiff dismissed the charge.
Mr Goncalves' Advocate, Luke Sette, applied for reasonable costs.
