A 36-year-old man accused of assaulting a woman twice two days apart will face a jury trial later this year.
Roger James Baksa denies two charges of grave and criminal assault.
The charges related to two alleged incidents in the same St. Helier location, two days apart on 15 and 17 June 2021.
Mr Baksa appeared before the Royal Court on Friday with his lawyer, Advocate Lee Ingram.
He applied for bail but it was denied and as a result he has been remanded into custody until his trial, which will start on 14 December 2021.
