Police have confirmed that one of the men arrested following alleged stabbings on a St. Saviour estate on Sunday night has been discharged from hospital.
The other man is no longer in intensive care but remains in hospital, officers said.
The two men, who are believed to know each other, both suffered stab wounds that required surgery at the General Hospital.
Both men were arrested on Monday on suspicion of grave and criminal assault and other offences.
Police officers said an "altercation" happened at approximately 20:00 on Sunday at Wellington Park Estate, followed by a second "incident" at 22:30.
Anyone who has any information or who can help with this investigation is asked to contact police on 612612 (option 2 then option 4) or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form.
In particular, officers said they would like to hear from:
Any witnesses to those incidents described above.
Anyone with any CCTV in the area, or with dash cam footage who was in that area.
Any Taxi drivers who attended Wellington Park Estate on Sunday night.
