A 43-year-old man has admitted two counts of theft involving money from a war veteran charity.

Dominic Egré has pleaded guilty to stealing approximately £10,000 between 1st June 2007 and 28th June 2016, and £25,485 between 27th October 2008 and 28th October 2016 from the Jersey branch of the Royal British Legion.

He has also been charged with offences of breaking the data protection law, by obtaining personal data without the consent of the Channel Islands Co-operative Society, which he denied.
