Over 100 applications have been received for a £10 million Government-funded scheme to help islanders get on the property ladder.
The First Step initiative, an assisted purchase home ownership scheme which is administered by Anidum Homes, was launched at the end of February.
A total of 124 applicants applied during the first round, which closed on 2 April.
Housing Minister Sam Mézec said he was"delighted" that the scheme had "received so many applications".

Deputy Mézec added: "Supporting as many islanders as possible into homeownership is a key priority for the new government.
"By making homes more affordable through measures such as equity loans, we can help Islanders buy their first home and inspire faith in our younger people that they can enjoy a prosperous future in Jersey.”
Further application rounds will take place in June and September this year, while all successful applicants from the first round will be notified by the end of April.
Islanders who successfully get onto the scheme have 60 days from when they are informed to find a property and have an offer accepted.
Funding was ring-fenced in the previous Government Plan, with the shared-equity scheme announced by former Housing Minister David Warr in September.
Deputy Mézec said: “I am looking forward to opening applications for further tranches of this scheme later in the year.
"I am hugely grateful to everyone involved to enable the scheme to launch, particularly our colleagues at Andium who are administering it, all the officers involved in the detailed work to get it to this stage, my predecessors as Housing Minister and the industry representatives who have been so supportive of it.”
