Eighty-five-year-old Bryan John Le Brocq was charged with seven counts of indecent assault and one of procuring an act of gross indecency, Jersey's Royal Court heard on Friday.
The assaults on a minor are alleged to have occurred between December 1999 and May 2000 at a St Peter residence. Mr Le Brocq pleaded not guilty to all the charges and a trial date was set for October 31 at the Royal Court.
