A major planning application has been submitted to create a total of nine new homes on a former scaffolding yard site.
The application, submitted by MS Planning on behalf of Neil Livesey, proposes creating three new homes on the former scaffolding storage area.
It is proposed that offices on the same site are changed into two further new homes, whilst the final four new homes will come from the refurbishment of existing residential units in the same area.
The proposed nine homes would be made up of two two-beds, six three-beds, and one four-bed home.

The site is located at La Porte, La Rue du Pont in St. Saviour.
In the plans, is it explained that the "the floor plan has been designed to reutilise the existing openings to retain as much of the existing fabric and reduce waste".
