1,200 students from 28 schools will be singing their heart out at Fort Regent this month.
Organised by Music in Action, Jersey Sings! is returning for its third year on 26 and 27 June with a programme mixing timeless classics and pop songs.
The set list will also include a medley of pop songs with a classical twist as well as a medley of Word War I songs to commemorate the centenary of Armistice Day. For those who have been to previous Jersey Sings! concerts, they will also be happy to hear the young singers will belt out the well-known anthem, "The Power in Me," written by local teacher Rebecca Lawrence.
Sandy Moretta said: "It is very varied, there is something for everyone in the programme."

The children have been rehearsing for the past six months in their respective schools. With the support of Ogier and Barclays, Music in Action provided music books and CDs as well as karaoke dvds so that the children could learn the lyrics as they sing. The charity also ran teacher workshops and went round the different school to work with the children themselves.
Ms Moretta explained: "They all reheard in individual schools and the concert is when they all come together. It is very exciting! They have a huge rehearsal all afternoon and they go have their tea. They then come back for the performance. It's a really big event!"
Directed by internationally acclaimed conductor David Lawrence and Musical Director Craig McLeish, the choir will be supported by the seven-piece Jersey Sings! rock band and international soloists Ebony Buckle and Tom Billington, plus local, young soloist Maisie Robertson.
Different schools will be performing on each night so spectators are invited to check the map provided on the booking page to see which pupils will be on stage. A word of warning from the organisers: "Bring a hanky - we do not expect there to be a dry eye in the house!"
