Missed a delivery? Go online

Jersey Post is now offering redeliveries to Maufant and Don Street post offices, which are in the Co-Op stores.

Jersey Post recently launched an online re-delivery service, which allows customers to schedule an alternative date for an item to be redelivered. Customers have the choice of choosing a re-delivery to any local address - or to Broad Street, St Aubin and now also Maufant and Don Street post offices.

Neil Harrison, Head of Retail and Counter Services at Jersey Post, said: “By offering redeliveries to post offices, we are giving our customers choice - which is an important part of what we are trying to achieve. We understand that what may be convenient to one customer, may not be to another, and therefore are working hard to offer a range of different delivery options to meet the needs of all our customers."

Kenny McDonald, Head of Retail Operations at the Channel Islands Co-operative Society, said: “We are always exploring new ways to benefit our customers, and the wider community. By offering redeliveries to Maufant and Don Street post offices, it gives customers more choice and flexibility.”
