Royal Court trial of man accused of indecent assault on a child begins

A 37-year-old man is facing a Royal Court trial today accused of three counts of indecent assault on a young child.

Paul Trevor Moore is also facing seven counts of procuring an act of gross indecency. He is pleading not guilty to all the charges against him.

The case is being prosecuted by Crown Advocate Richard Pedley. It is expected the trial will last three days.

Mr Moore is being defended by Advocate Sarah Dale and is currently on bail.
