Drivers who were inadvertently charged for using parking at Sand Street Car Park over the Easter weekend will be refunded, it has been confirmed.
Normally, parking is free on bank holidays.
However, some drivers who used the pay station to pay for their parking on Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday were inadvertently charged due to a technical issue.
Refunds are currently being processed, the Government said.
Any islanders who have not received their refunds by Friday 14 April are being asked to contact Parking Control on 448660 or by emailing dfiparkingadministration@gov.je.
