St Brelade’s Bay is third ranked beach in UK

Wednesday 17 February 2016

St Brelade’s Bay has the third best beach in the United Kingdom, according to Trip Advisor.

Leaving out the slight geographical confusion (Jersey’s not part of the UK), the huge travel site has placed the bay at number 3 in its list of top 25 beaches, published this morning.

They described the bay as “beautifully clean and busy but peaceful”, adding that the best time to go is between July and September.

St Brelade’s was the only Channel Islands beach listed, meaning that although none of Beauport, Portelet or St Ouen’s Bay made it into the list, neither did any of the beaches from Guernsey, Alderney, Sark or Herm.
