Three people will appear in Jersey's Magistrate's Court today charged in connection with the seizure of £240,000 of cannabis.
The drugs were seized following a joint operation between Customs and Police Officers at the end of last week, along with £100,000 in cash.
Supported by the States Police, Customs officials raided properties across the island on Thursday, resulting in the seizure of 14 kilos of cannabis. Six people were arrested in the aftermath, and three released on bail.
Ralph Simon (64), Joanne Jones (45) and Daryl Davies (53) were all charged with drug trafficking offences. They make their first appearance in court today.
