A man has appeared in the Royal Court, facing one charge of grave and criminal assault.
John Nicolle, who entered a not guilty plea, was remanded in custody ahead of a directions hearing on 10 October.
A trial date has been set for 19 March next year.
The Bailiff, Sir Timothy Le Cocq, was presiding.
