A 50-year-old man accused of rape is due to face a jury trial in Jersey's Royal Court later this year.
Jose Rodrigues Camacho denies one count of rape.
He appeared before the Bailiff in the Royal Court on Friday.
A trial date was set for 18 November, but Mr Camacho will appear in the Royal Court for a plea and directions hearing ahead of this date on 2 July.
