A 29-year-old woman is still being treated in hospital following a car crash in St Peter this weekend.
This morning, the woman was described as being in a "stable and comfortable" condition.
After the incident, which happened just after 17:30 on Sunday, Firefighters had to cut two people out of their car. The two drivers of the vehicles, a 23-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, were treated in Accident & Emergency before later being discharged.
The crash took place at the junction of La Grande Route des Augerez and La Rue d'Elysee in St Peter.
Fire fighters had to use their hydraulic cutting equipment to take the roof off one of the cars to free the trapped occupants. Once they could get out of the car, they were taken to waiting ambulances to be treated by paramedics.
The Police are now investigating what caused the crash.
