Police are looking for witnesses to a fight in St. Helier between a pair of teenage boys and two men in their 20s.

The Force said the fight took place on Val Plaisant in the area of Dorset Street around 13:05 on Friday (31 January).

Describing the series of events in an appeal for more information, officers said: “The fight involved two pairs of males outside the Carpet Shop on Val Plaisant, St Helier, at around 1.05pm.

“One pair of males are 15/16 years old and the other pair are both 23 years old.

“Two of those involved received minor injuries to their face, which did not require hospital treatment. The two pairs are not believed to know each other. Enquiries are currently ongoing.”
