A 24-year-old woman accused of driving without due care and attention is due to stand trial later this year.
Olivia Le Roy appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this week, and pleaded not guilty to the single charge.
A trial date was set for 6 June.
The Magistrate, Bridget Shaw, told Le Roy that she would be granted conditional bail while waiting for the trial, adding that she would reappear in court if bail was breached.
