A boat used to transport three Albanian men illegally into Guernsey is being auctioned off.
Hoping to use the island as a 'back door' to the UK, the three males entered the island on 28 July – but were soon after arrested, alongside the man who facilitated their travel, Greek national Drimiand Vuka.
25-year-old Vuka was sentenced to three years and nine months behind bars for the offence this month.
The island's Royal Court also recommended his deportation.

Now, the boat he used – a Hummingbird 30 Yacht – has been placed on the market by Bailiwick Law Enforcement.
They're inviting offers via a "sealed bid" system, with the vessel going to the highest bidder in writing.
It is being offered in "sold as seen condition", with interested parties invited to view it on Saturday 3 February between 10:00 and 12:00 in the island's Victoria Marina.
BLE noted that "the mooring is not avaliable for the vessel, and so the successful purchaser will need to remove it from the current mooring at their own expense".
The final day to put in an offer is 9 February.
