Your trash becomes Durrell’s treasure

A new second hand shop has opened in Trinity that’s all set to help save species from extinction.

All the profits made at the Durrell Charity shop at Peacock Farm, the old Le Maistre site on Rue de la Piece Mauger, will be ploughed back into the Trust’s mission.

The shop is open to the public from Wednesday to Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm when you can have a rummage and drop off your donations.

Durrell is now looking for some more willing volunteers to help run it so if you’ve got some free time, let them know.
