How I unwind: Becky Kinross, Videographer

Friday 17 February 2023

While running her own business with two young children in tow means she doesn't get many opportunities to unwind, this local wedding shooter has some favourites to turn to when those moments do arise.

...all sorts.

I have a 30-minute window just before I fall asleep when I'm able to read, but only if I'm not too tired, which is a rarity.

However, when I do make the time, I like to read a variety of different genres. I recently finished Dave Grohl's autobiography which was fantastic.

I  go...

...to the outdoors to unwind.

I enjoy jogging and cycling and find doing exercise is a huge influencer in finding that calmness and relaxed state.
