Terms
The property is offered, subject to contract, by way of a new lease for a term to be agreed, although ideally for a term of no less than nine years at an rent of £45,000 per annum, exclusive of occupier’s costs including rates and insurance. The lease will be conditional upon the tenant undertaking all repairs to the property and thereafter maintaining them.
