Until last year, Jersey did have its own synchronised swimming club, Jersey Etaile Synchro Club, but after their head coaches retired they shut up shop (or pool).

With a great track record behind them, Spartan Athletics has trained some of the islands great sporting talent.
There are other more casual options if that's what you're looking for. Including Jersey Run Club or Jersey Girls Run, a women's only running group.
The biggest club on the island to get involved with Badminton is the JBA who get involved in many competitions on and off-island.
