BWCI has announced 13 staff promotions across various departments, including Pensions Administration, Actuarial and Consulting, Insurance Management, and its fiduciary companies.
Notably, Anna Gray, a director of the fiduciary companies, has been promoted to Partner.
The company says promotions within their Insurance Management team include Holly Steele to Manager, and Cleo Rosumek to Administrator.
Joseph Bourgaize continues to progress, who is now a Senior Analyst within our Actuarial Pensions team, and Tasmin Ferguson has been promoted to Senior Analyst within Island Global Research (IGR).
Rebecca Toll and Tanisha Sharma have become Senior Actuarial Trainees as they progress through the exams, and Samantha Smith becomes an Assistant Manager.
Helen Marriot, who heads up BWCI’s client accounting team has been promoted to Senior Manager.
Rachel Bihet has received a promotion to Senior Administrator, whilst Emma Guilbert, Linda Priede and Enya Rabey have completed their initial training period to become Administrators
Debra Smith, BWCI’s HR Partner, congratulated all the staff, acknowledging their hard work and commitment to the firm.
