She was stopped by Guernsey Police as she tried to board a Condor Ferry leaving the island.
A police spokesman said there was an outstanding warrant for her arrest in connection with a drink drive dating back to 2021.
She was taken into custody at St Peter Port Harbour by Guernsey Police.
