“The CCA will be making a decision next Tuesday about when we in Guernsey can move into Stage 3,” he said, after discussing Sark and Alderney already progressing there.
“Unless something untoward happens, this date will be Monday 22 March.”

Beyond Stage 3, the future is less clear and the CCA will aim to clarify Guernsey’s border restrictions later this week.
“What we have done recently is discuss the ‘Bailiwick Blueprint’ – this is how we can open up our borders over a period of time, he said. “We expect to be able to say something to you about this on Friday (12 March)”
It’s clear that, whatever happens next, we will not simply be reverting to the old normal.
“Whatever we do, they’ll be caveats and restrictions,” Deputy Ferbrache admitted.
