There will also be a special LEGO mini-figure trail throughout the galleries.
Stuart Lean from Just Games will be hosting his ever-popular gaming talk on the Sunday morning, alongside a number of other presentations.
“The Geekend is about bringing together people who are passionate about their interest or collections,” said Jo Dowding, the Access & Learning Manager for Guernsey Museums. “It’s about embracing what is diverse and eclectic and thinking ‘wow, I didn’t know that’.”

The Guernsey Military History Company will be hosting a display about the hobby of ‘living history’, and there will be live music throughout the weekend, including Samba Burros.
The Big Geekend runs from 10:00-15:00 this Saturday and Sunday at the Guernsey Museum at Candie. Tickets are available at the usual museum rates; £6.50 for adults, £2 for students or children, and under 7s are free. Those with a Discovery Pass for Guernsey Museums will have free entry all weekend.
