The questions asked of the Guernsey Government ranged from queries on which chemicals could be used to alter the weather, and if Guernsey has a hand in creating its own clouds?
The States have replied to the questions in writing confirming that this does not happen.
Most often the answer was the same, stating simply that “The States of Guernsey does not take part in any geoengineering schemes”.

Q1. Does the States of Guernsey have any formal arrangement with the UK Government to help fund their ongoing geo engineering experiments with Guernsey taxpayers’ money?
A1. There are no formal arrangements related to geo-engineering with the UK Government and no financial contribution is made in this regard.
Q2. Does the States of Guernsey approve of the UK Government, or any other foreign Government flying aircraft in Guernsey airspace and spraying chemical trails, which create artificial cloud layers above the island; for the purpose of climate protection / intervention of restoration purposes?
A2. The States of Guernsey is not aware of any aircraft being used to spray chemical trails to create artificial cloud layers above the island.
Q3.Can the States of Guernsey confirm which chemicals are being sprayed into the sky above the Island to create these artificial clouds, and in what quantities?

Q4.Can the States of Guernsey confirm that the chemicals which are being sprayed into our skies are harmless to humans, animals, insects and plant life alike? and what evidence are they able to rely upon?
