The ferry firm is advising passengers to travel earlier if possible to avoid any delays or cancellations.
New Poole and St Malo high speed sailings have now been put on for Thursday 26 October, and Condor is suggesting that passengers booked in for the weekend switch over.
“The weather is unpredictable at the moment and may change from the current forecasts but this Friday is looking to be outside of our safe operating limits,” said Condor’s Operations Director, Elwyn Dop.
“We therefore want to be proactive and prudent by contacting passengers early to notify them to change bookings if they are able to travel earlier than scheduled.”
The Condor said sailings on Sunday 29 October are most likely to be impacted by adverse weather.
