They spoke with people from Le Tricoteur, Le Hechet Farm, Guernsey Dairy, Rocquettes Cider, the Little Big Brew Co, Guernsey Seaweed, and Guernsey and Herm Oysters.
They saw crab pots being made, His Majesty tried a a pint of ‘Charles’, and they saw some traditional local dance moves, before meeting members of the RNLI and Flying Christine’s crews.
The King and Queen then spent time at a tea party where they met people including Jurats and parish officials, school children, Island Games competitors, faith leaders, charity workers and volunteers, members of GADOC, and recipients of the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
