The second annual Wear a Guernsey Day in aid of the RNLI was marked across the world – with photos coming our way from the UK, Canada and even Jersey.

The charity shared news of the fundraising day via its social media channels, and a debate was sparked on Twitter about whether to capitalise the ‘G’ in Guernsey or to leave it lower case as guernsey. An even fiercer debate was avoided when most people agreed it is not a jumper.

One well worn Guernsey also threw up a query on the day. Deputy Lindsay De Sausmarez said the one she is wearing in the image below is her favourite but she is trying to work out what the crest is.
