Both groups have been carrying out a range of work and supporting the GSPCA in its long list of daily tasks.
Tim Pellett GSPCA Community and Training Officer said “The Guernsey College of Further Education Access students have been a great help at the GSPCA. From walking the dogs to feeding the many rabbits, they have helped in many areas.
“It has also been a real pleasure and great help having volunteers from Guernsey Adults with Learning Disabilities. We showed them around and they have helped with a number of tasks from cleaning the GSPCA ambulances to gardening around the shelter grounds.

“A huge thank you to them all for their help and we look forward seeing them again very soon.”

For anyone wanting to volunteer we have our next induction at 18:30 on Tuesday 4 December and all are welcome.
