The squad selected by coaches Rich Sutton, Jordan Kelly and Darran James was made up of 14 children, including one girl. Chloe Ingrouille is now one of only three girls to make the squad after Maya Le Tissier and Guilia Rihoy in recent years.

The team’s hard work paid off as they won 3-2, with goals scored by Young, Bookless (penalty) and Ingrouille.
They travelled back home with the trophy after celebrating their win in Jersey.
Elsewhere, the Under 18’s Muratti ended in defeat for Guernsey, with the all-male squad losing three-nil on home soil.
