The site will help to deliver the organisation’s mission to put people at the centre of care and build trust and confidence in the health system.
People can share their experiences, insights and feedback through a ‘have your say’ form on the site.
These views are shared with the independent board which will use them to help shape future healthcare provision.
Bella Farrell, CareWatch Chair, said: “I am delighted that we have launched a simple user-friendly website that will enable people using or interested in Health and Social care services to engage easily with CareWatch.
“We do hope that people will engage with us now, so that we can represent their views to all providers of these services”.
