The planning application is asking for a change of use of 11 associated horticultural buildings and a glasshouse to enable it to be used as General Storage/Distribution land instead. This would include the “storage/sorting of recyclable materials” if planning permission is granted.
Because of the current road layout, alterations to access to the site would be necessary.
The applicants, Mr and Mrs Slattery have employed Lovell Ozanne & Partners Ltd as the agents handling the application. Express has asked them for a comment.

Oatlands Lane is a one way road in the network near Oatlands Village and St Sampson’s High School. The land subject to the planning application is to the left hand side as you drive through the road.
The planning application was first submitted in April 2017 with the consultation process due to end on Tuesday 8 May, 2018.
