All islanders are able to complete the survey but St John is particularly keen for responses from people who have recently used the Emergency Ambulance Service or the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service. It also wants to hear from those who have a close friend or relative who has used the services during the past year.
St John Emergency Ambulance Service Head of Operations, Dean de la Mare, said feedback was important to the service.
“Patient care is our top priority and our crews take pride in ensuring people get the service they deserve,” he said.

Mr De la Mare continued: “We regularly receive messages of thanks and appreciation from patients, but we not only want to hear what we are doing well but how we can improve.
“Demand for the ambulance service continues to grow and 2021 was our busiest year on record so it is important to find out what islanders think of the service we are providing.”
Members of the ambulance subscription scheme and people who have been a patient of the service during January or February this year will have received a copy of the questionnaire in the post.
The survey is anonymous and takes around ten minutes to complete.
You can complete the survey online HERE or collect a form from the Ambulance Service Reception.
