About ten people are thought to be involved in the incident, which took place on the Quay sometime between 01:30 and 02:30 on Monday morning.
Guernsey Police are calling for anyone who witnessed the fight to make contact.
They can do so by calling the Investigation Support Unit on 725111 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
