Guernsey’s own Love Island star is coming back home as he starts work on new projects.

Andrew Le Page came fourth with his now-ex partner on the 2022 series of the reality dating show.

He and Tasha Ghouri stayed in a relationship until very recently, with rumours first surfacing of their break-up earlier this year.

The pair had bought a house together in the UK, and had adopted a dog, as their relationship had seemingly gone from strength to strength before their shock split.

Posting on Instagram over the weekend, Andrew confirmed he had also been shocked by the breakup.

“So guys it’s been a pretty cr*p start to the year and one I didn’t expect,” he wrote.

“However, life goes on and I’m doing everything in my power to stay positive. All the support has meant the world to me.”

“I’ve cried more times this year than I have in my whole life,” he added.

Andrew had been sharing updates on the property he and Tasha were believed to have bought together on a separate Instagram account.

From the images previously shared it looked as though Andrew was doing a lot of the work on the house himself, but that is now on hold, he confirmed.

“@lepageproperties is on hold for now but I will be looking for a new project soon so keep your eyes peeled,” he wrote.

Referring to the Spanish podenco mixed breed dog that he and Tasha had recently adopted together, Andrew wrote: “Luna girl I’ll be getting you a new garden to play in I promise”.

Separately Andrew also posted a birthday tribute to his pup Lola, sharing how much he is missing her.

Prior to appearing on Love Island, Andrew was working in Dubai as a Real Estate Agent.

He grew up in Guernsey and still has many friends in the island, with one asking him to join his wedding party last year.

Andrew’s family remain living in Guernsey and he had brought Tasha to the island on many occasions to spend time with his loved ones.

With more than 800,000 followers across his Instagram accounts alone, Andrew has secured contracts modelling for River Island and other professional interests since appearing on Love Island.

He recently confirmed to a fan that he was watching the current series of Love Island All Stars saying that he thinks Luca Bish is “doing great”.

Luca had appeared alongside Andrew in the regular series of the show in 2022.

‘Bish’ and his partner Grace Jackson were announced as runner up in the All Stars 2025 series finale last night, with Gabby Allen and Casey O’Gorman winning.
