Police said: “This male is described as white, fair/sunburnt skin, mid 30’s, 5’10”- 6’0”, skinny build, short brown/blonde hair, wearing beige shorts, spoke with an accent and carrying a professional style camera with a white lense.
“The male is also believed to have been under the influence of alcohol.”
