The emergency services were called to the area at around 22:00 on Sunday 1 April.
Guernsey Police, St John Ambulance, Fire and Rescue Service and Lifeboat all responded.
The man was taken to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital where he later died.
Guernsey Police are now investigating the circumstances of his death but it is not believed to be suspicious at this time.
