Fallaize pleaded guilty to the charges at his earliest opportunity. He said both drugs were purely for personal use and has no previous drug-related convictions.
In his mitigation, Advocate Cobb said he was a “family man” and has “made real changes” to his life since the incident.
Judge Graeme McKerrell gave the defendant a fine of £400 for each conviction and ordered that the drugs be destroyed.
