Jo Watts said the plans had been in the works for six months, but there was still a little bit left to do.
“They are hoping to announce their offerings to the market by the time Summer comes around,” she said.

The purchase itself was completed last week. It will be the first time the Guernsey Bowl has been used since it closed in 2017.
Before that, MFA was letting the leisure space – 24,000 square feet on the ground floor – from the former owner. The building also has eight flats above the bowling site.
