The Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts (PRCPA) is introducing a new, bespoke ticketing website, to simplify the booking process for its customers.
Sources have confirmed a mobile application is also planned for future release.
The new system replaces a shared ticketing platform and is intended to provide a more user-friendly experience for purchasing and managing tickets for PRCPA events.
The PRCPA states that the move reinforces its commitment to delivering a better customer experience.
The new website, available online HERE, is a custom-built system designed specifically for the venue.
It will store all purchased tickets in one easy-to-access location for customers, whilst the mobile app is intended to allow users to book quickly from their phone and manage their tickets remotely.
It means tickets for events at the PRCPA will no longer be listed on the Beau Sejour booking system, and customers will no longer be able to purchase tickets for those events in person at Beau Sejour.
Any tickets already purchased for events in December 2025 held at the PRCPA remain valid, and the PRCPA Box Office remains open Monday to Friday, (closed Wednesdays), from 09:00 to 14:00, and one hour before all ticketed shows.
Russell and Kate Kellaway, the PRCPA Campus Managers, said: “We’re thrilled to introduce this new platform to our customers. This is a huge step forward for us, as we move away from a shared ticketing system to something designed specifically for our venue.
“With this new website and app, our customers will enjoy a more personalised, streamlined service where they will be able to have easy access to all of their bookings and tickets.”
