The Love Island official website reports that Mr Le Page’s last relationship ended when he moved to Dubai.
He told the show: “I like going on dates, but I definitely prefer being in a relationship” and said his plan for finding love is to “chat, be confident and just get to know them [the girls]”.
Andrew’s housemates on the show will include Gemma Owen, an international dressage rider and daughter of former professional footballer Michael Owen.
